1. Operator and scope

Noland Studios Ltd operates www.noland-studios.com and the Discord application Argentum Online (Application ID: 1385553291391271024). These terms cover this informational website and the application’s Game Identity presence on Discord. They do not replace separate terms for playing Argentum Online, using Steam or using Discord.

2. Using the website and application

This website introduces the studio and Argentum Online. Classic Argentum and Modern Argentum are experiences within the same game; Modern Argentum is its modern client. Our Discord application currently provides Game Identity, identifying Argentum Online on Discord.

Use the website and application lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with their operation, introduce malicious software or impersonate the studio. Discord is a separate service governed by its own Terms of Service, including its eligibility requirements. Noland Studios Ltd operates the application independently of Discord.

3. Content and external services

Studio branding, artwork and other materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Display on this website does not by itself grant permission to redistribute or commercially exploit those materials. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.

Gameplay images are official Argentum Online Steam Store screenshots. They may show earlier versions and are not presented as current Modern Argentum footage. Links to Steam, Discord and other external services take you to websites with their own terms and privacy practices.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website request information and correspondence, and describes the Discord application’s current Game Identity scope.

5. Availability and your rights

Website information and availability may change as the studio’s work develops. We aim to keep information accurate, but cannot promise that every page will always be current or available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We will publish updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will also post a prominent notice on the website explaining the changes before they take effect. Changes will apply prospectively and will not remove rights you already have.
